Mr. Kroll served as a licensed Engineering Officer in the U.S. Merchant Fleet. During his over thirty-four years of experience as a marine surveyor, he has performed owner's representation in Walkaround and Post Load Inspections, as well as On/Off Charters, Damage (hull and cargo), General Condition and Valuation, New Construction, Terminal, Wharf, and Machinery Surveys. He also has done risk assessment and marine safety development. Mr. Kroll has developed safety programs for offshore and inland companies.

Mr. Kroll is a member of National Society of Professional Engineers, Louisiana Engineering Society, Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, USMMA Alumni Association, National Safety Council, National Fire Protection Association, and American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). Mr. Kroll is qualified as an expert witness in state and federal courts, as well as the Jamaican Supreme Court.

Mr. Carson joined the firm in 2005, after serving in the U.S. Navy. He is being trained in all aspects of marine surveying. He is currently performing hull surveys, to include On/Off Charters, Walkaround Surveys, and Post Load Inspections, as well as load-out and cargo outturn surveys.
