Mike is the author of "Report Writing For Marine Surveyors" published in February 2011 and has vast experience with ultrasound hatch cover testing. He has published a number of papers on the subject.

Mr. Seale is a Director of DLS Kiwi and works in the Hong Kong office. He has over 20 years background in the marine industry. During his seagoing career, he sailed on a variety of bulk carriers, container ships, general cargo, tanker, offshore support vessels, DSV and seismic survey vessels. He also has extensive experience with sensitive cargoes (mineral sands, grains, etc, from Australia and fertilizers to Australia) and is frequently called to assist owners and charterers when vessels are scheduled to call at Australia for both loading advices and full cargo hold condition surveys. He undertakes assignments worldwide on behalf of international marine insurance, maritime law professionals, and government bodies worldwide and is a qualified and active Rightship Vetting Inspector as well as an active Antigua Government Inspector.

Enzo Hung-Marine Surveyor
Enzo Hung is based in our Hong Kong office and specializes in yachts and the many live-a-board vessels in the Hong Kong area. Enzo has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in Canada and is fully bilingual in English and Chinese. His background includes four years as Operations Supervisor and Manager at Broadway Enterprises and Sun Hing Shipyards in Hong Kong, and he has extensive training in the Air Conditioning field. Enzo has been working as a surveyor for more than five years, and he has extensive computer skills.
